None of us ever have enough time. This course will show you specific techniques that you can apply to make your work time more efficient.

Topic 1: Evaluating and Improving Time Management

This part will look at how you are currently managing your time in the workplace and look at the fundamentals of your time management plan.

Topic 2: Organizing Tasks and Creating Uninterrupted Time

This topic will help you organise your tasks and pur your goals into order of priority. The course specifically looks at, setting objectives, identifying goals, converting goals into objectives, creating tasks and priorities, applying time management skills, scheduling uninterrupted time, assuring uninterrupted time. You will also be presented with a sase study: organizing tasks, and creating uninterrupted time

Topic 3: Managing Meetings

You will learn to control the effectiveness and lenth of meetings both large and small.

Topic 4: Managing Workload

Effective communication is one of the primary drains on time. This topic will show you how to handle correspondence and communications and how to avoid procrastination.

Topic 5: Managing Time with Co-Workers

This course will show you how to communicate effectively with co workers, develop good listening skills, and manage interruptions.
